Just gettin' through my list. La dee dah~

This one is for Allan over on DA, of his character. This one took a while... about a straight week of off-and-on work in Photoshop.

I sketched and inked the drawing in Open Canvas 1.1 (what I usually do), then colored it in Photoshop 7. The turntable was made in Google Sketchup 7, and inked over with the Photoshop pen tool.

I'm pretty happy with the end result, especially with the lighting on the shorts and the feet. I dunno why, but I love working with multiple light sources. And I doubt you'll find more light sources anywhere else than at a dance club.

A side note:
(If you are aware of the drama surrounding Allan and his current situation, let me just point out that, yes, this is a backlogged commission. From like, almost a year ago. If not longer than that. So, if you've got some sort of problem with Allan, take it up with Allan. Not me. I'm happy with how this turned out, so if you'd be so kind as to keep your comments directed towards the ART, I'd appreciate it. A lot.

If you're unaware of the situation, then please don't ask.

I'd rather not have a bunch of people jumping down my throat over it. Thanks.)

I really love the coloring on this and I think it's awesome. It shouldn't matter if there is drama with him now. He paid you and you're just doing this because of that. It doesn't mean you 2 are bff and shit. People need to chill out.

Anatomy, etc is good too.
