The one on the left is my 'about me' image (I edited out the info at the top), and the one on the right is, well... Marcus. 'Cause I felt like drawing him.
I'm still getting used to drawing with the Tegaki applet, slowly but surely. It's gotten me out of my art funk, I can tell you that much. xD But working with NO LAYERS is hard to get used to.
The drawing of Marcus took me hours to finish. Like, somewhere between 5-6 hours. No joke. Doing a full-coloured, outlined picture in Tegaki is just... WAY too time consuming, especially when you have no layer masks to work with. LOL
Well, enjoy. :3 I should be posting some new arts soon, now that I'm getting back into the swing of things.
You get used to one layer! I've been using it for 4 years!! Half my life!!

Dude those are awesome. I just got into tegaki and it's really fun but also reeeeeally hard lol I agree trying to draw without layers is x.x death. Great work though! *checks out your blog*

Forgive that, early morning and that's all my brain thought of XD Markus looks adorable and confuzzled, and the tegaki blog applet sounds like a challenge, and interesting one considering most of my work used to always be on one layer LOL
I seriously look at the Stoney pic and think "Internet Stalker" - be proud you managed to make me laugh and scare me to death in the same breath XD! [] ~

I prefer creativity, originality, dynamics and sassiness over cut and paste and paintfill and trace.
