Sorry for the lack of creativity in the title... It's late.

Anyways, this is my submission for the Breast Cancer Awareness quilt project (which, for whatever reason, doesn't have it's own submission category). When I read that the theme had to be pink, the first thing that came to mind was my character Peppermynt, considering she's practically the princess of pink.

I had the basic idea in my head from the get-go, though it didn't really translate into sketch form like I had wanted. So I just went with what I had. It took far too much effort just to get the foreshortening right, but I think it looks okay. The colouring part was easy, even if was difficult not to go overboard with the highlights.

In hindsight, I probably should have filled up a little more room in the box. That huge hunk of empty space in the bottom left corner is bugging the ever-living crap out of me, but there's nothing I can do about it now. Sometimes I wish I could just upload stuff, shut up and be happy with what I've got. :[

Now I feel like an ass for bitching about it.
